1. STEAM – Line or spray steamer (bamboo/
stainless steamer). Steam approx. 8mins.
2. PAN FRY – Heat pan with a spray of oil, add
dumplings with enough water to cover base, cover and
steam on low heat until water evaporates – remove lid &
fry till golden brown (approx. 8mins)
