Peking Duck Dumplings

BBQ Duck, marinated with traditional 5 spice
& hoisin, in a soft homestyle pastry.

Cooking Directions

1. STEAM – Line or spray steamer (bamboo/
stainless steamer). Steam approx. 4mins.

2. BOIL – Place frozen dumplings in
boiling salted water for approx. 7-8mins.

3. PAN FRY – Heat pan with a spray of oil,
add dumplings with enough water to cover base,
cover and cook on low heat until golden brown
(approx. 8mins either side).
