Prawn & Chicken Siu Mei

A light bite with a generous helping of prawn
and chicken balanced with a delicate oyster sauce.

Cooking Directions

1. STEAMLine or spray steamer (bamboo/
stainless steamer). Steam approx. 6mins.

2. PAN FRY eat small amount veg oil in
shallow non stick pan, cook on med heat until
golden brown and cooked through, approx. 4mins.

3. MICROWAVE Cook frozen for 2mins
approx. (times may vary).

4. BBQ/GRILL efrost siu mei. Preheat to
mid-high heat. Coat siu mei with non stick spray.
Turn on grill until cooked through with grill marks.
